Developed through more than two decades of hands-on experience and advanced training, the Bonnie Cruz Sculpt & Restore Method™️ is my signature approach to therapeutic facial rejuvenation—combining visible facial sculpting with deep restoration.

Rather than following a predetermined sequence, I assess the face as a whole—considering the bone structure, muscles, fascia, connective tissue, lymphatic flow, skin, patterns of tension, and nervous system.

My osteopathic training shapes the way I approach these structures as an interconnected system. By working with the relationships between the bone structure, fascia, muscles, and lymphatic flow, I aim to restore greater balance, symmetry, mobility, and healthy fluid movement throughout the tissues and structures of the face and head.

From there, I draw from advanced techniques including sculptural myofascial massage, lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, craniosacral therapy, and other specialized modalities, selecting what your face and tissues need most that day.

The intention is both therapeutic and aesthetic: to release tension and restriction, support healthy circulation and lymphatic flow, encourage deep relaxation, and create visible facial rejuvenation.

The goal is transformation you can see and feel—enhancing facial contours, restoring balance and definition, and helping the face look lifted, sculpted, radiant, and refreshed.
